Dating back to 1905, Forman & Son was established by Aaron ‘Harry’ Forman as a family business with his son in London’s East End. As the business grew so did their clientele, providing salmon for the likes of Selfridges, Fortnum & Mason, Harrods, the Ivy and Mirabelle. A century later and Forman & Son still remains a family business located here on Fish Island producing specialities for leading food retailers, hotels and fine dining establishments across the world. Forman & Sons hosts a restaurant, gallery and events art space within a beautiful architectural building that resembles the shape and colouring of a salmon fillet itself.
