Fish Island Village has made a huge transformation over the past few weeks, with brickwork complete on Ignis, Ardens and Winsor building on Monier Road and scaffolding now scheduled to be removed shortly, exposing the real beauty of the golden brickwork of these buildings. The stunning herringbone cladding on the ‘pearl’ of the site Lanterna Building, is almost complete with all windows now installed and internal works progressing well. Hoarding panelling is scheduled to be removed over the next coming weeks giving you a fantastic opportunity to see the buildings in a new light and envisage what could be your new home. Completion dates for the buildings on Monier Road and Lanterna Buiding stay on schedule for April/May 2018.

Works within the basement are now being finalised and focus has now turned to communal areas, landscaping and connecting the services. Excellent progress can also be seen across the rest of the site, with Phare Building maisonette frames complete and Icemaid Building up to the fifth floor now complete. Our canal side Whitemantle Building and Torchbearer Building continue to be making excellent headway.

The demand for new homes here continues to be strong with 85% of the new homes sold within the first phase. Don’t worry you haven’t missed out, our latest release Whitemantle Building, a collection of 1 & 2 bedroom apartment canal side, provides the perfect haven to relax and unwind after a hectic day in town!
